Village West Compound

Located in Sheikh Zayed, Cairo, the Village West Compound is a development by the Dorra Group, completed in 2023. To ensure comprehensive waterproofing of the compound’s concrete structures, Beton for Consulting & Construction Chemicals specified Xypex Concentrate. This advanced crystalline technology makes concrete permanently waterproof, resistant to hydrostatic pressure and chemical attack, and capable of self-healing cracks up to 0.5 mm.

Shield for Specialized Construction applied Xypex Concentrate to the roofs, foundations, swimming pools, and all water features of the compound. The application of Xypex Concentrate provides permanent waterproofing and enhanced the durability of the concrete structures exposed to the chemicals found in chlorinated environments. Additionally, Xypex Concentrate is non-toxic nature and has no VOCs make it a safe choice for use in swimming pools and water features, supporting Dorra Group’s vision of high quality and durability.
