The Grand View Compound project, completed in 2022, located in Smouha, Alexandria, Egypt, utilized Xypex Concentrate to provide superior basement waterproofing across a 21,000 square meter area. In collaboration with the waterproofing applicator, the main contractor, Hassan Allam, ElTakmilia Company, executed the waterproofing specifications meticulously developed by Beton Technical Office, Xypex Egypt, and Engineer Amr Saad.

Xypex Concentrate was chosen for its unparalleled ability to create a crystalline formation within the concrete, effectively sealing and protecting the structure from water ingress and enhancing the overall durability of the compound’s basement. By leveraging Xypex Concentrate’s advanced crystalline technology, the Grand View Compound project achieved a reliable, permanent waterproofing solution, ensuring long-term structural integrity and resilience against hydrostatic pressure and environmental challenges.
