Xypex Concentrate was chosen for its ability to create a crystalline structure within the concrete, effectively blocking water pathways and enhancing the durability of structures exposed to the chemicals typically found in chlorinated pool environments. Additionally, its non-toxic nature and lack of VOCs make it a safe choice for use in swimming pools and water features. The application of Xypex Concentrate was carried out under the guidance of Beton technical office led by Eng. Amr Saad, ensuring that all specifications were met to achieve optimal waterproofing and protection.
