Ce chantier visait \u00e0 retenir des eaux us\u00e9es dont le pH variait entre 3 et 4, en exploitant la capacit\u00e9 du Xypex \u00e0 augmenter la durabilit\u00e9 du b\u00e9ton via la formation de cristaux, lesquels constituent une barri\u00e8re efficace contre les exfiltrations d\u2019eau et offrent \u00e0 la structure une r\u00e9sistance chimique. Le Xypex Admix C-1000 NF garantit une int\u00e9grit\u00e9 structurelle sur le long terme avec des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s auto-r\u00e9paratrices, assurant ainsi une bonne durabilit\u00e9 et une bonne rentabilit\u00e9. Le cahier des charges a \u00e9t\u00e9 minutieusement \u00e9labor\u00e9 par Beton for Consulting &amp; Construction Chemicals, sous la direction de l\u2019ing\u00e9nieur Amr Saad, et c\u2019est l\u2019entreprise Al-Batanony for Engineering &amp; Contracting qui a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 les travaux d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9ification.
